Welcome to Wowshi, operated by Triple Tasty Food LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website at www.wowshi.com and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
1. Products & Food Safety Our products are frozen food items. We are not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from improper storage, handling, or preparation after delivery. Always follow the storage and cooking instructions provided on the packaging and product pages.
2. Orders & Payment All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and will issue a full refund in such cases. Prices are listed in USD and exclude shipping charges.
3. Shipping & Delivery We ship frozen products nationwide via UPS or FedEx using insulated packaging. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
4. Refunds All sales are final. Refunds are issued only in cases of late delivery resulting in spoilage or damaged/spoiled packages upon arrival, subject to our Refund Policy. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
5. Allergen Disclaimer Our products contain wheat/gluten and sesame, and may contain soy, dairy, and eggs. It is your responsibility to review allergen information before purchasing. We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from failure to review product information.
6. Halal Certification All Wowshi products are 100% Halal certified. However, we make no guarantees regarding the religious compliance of any third-party ingredients or carriers used in production beyond our certified suppliers.
7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wowshi and Triple Tasty Food LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
8. Intellectual Property All content on www.wowshi.com, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Triple Tasty Food LLC and may not be used without written permission.
9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
