How Wowshi Was Born

It started under the name Triple Tasty, offering homemade Egyptian dishes through catering — every plate made with care and the authentic flavors of home. But something special kept happening. People came back again and again for one dish in particular: Hawawshi.

Traditional Egyptian street food — perfectly spiced meat tucked inside crispy bread and baked until golden. Made from scratch, with pride. The reactions were overwhelming. This dish wasn't just a menu item, it was an experience. That's when the decision was made to go all in. That's when Wowshi was born.

Built With Grit & Love

The road has been anything but smooth. Building Wowshi from the ground up while raising four young children has been one of the greatest challenges imaginable — late nights, early mornings, and countless moments of digging deep to keep going.

From school runs to early morning markets, from bedtime stories to big catering orders — every step has required sacrifice, resilience, and an unshakable belief. Through every long night and every obstacle, the choice was always the same: keep showing up. Because some dreams are worth every ounce of effort.
