All Wowshi products are frozen food items. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
However, we are committed to your satisfaction. We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- Late delivery that results in the product arriving thawed or compromised
- Spoiled or damaged package upon arrival (e.g., packaging is torn, product arrived warm, or shows signs of spoilage)
To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the package and/or product showing the issue
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
