How We Ship All Wowshi products are frozen and shipped nationwide via UPS or FedEx using insulated packaging with gel packs to maintain frozen temperatures during transit. We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Days To avoid weekend delays, we ship Monday through Wednesday only. Orders placed Thursday–Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Delivery Time Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, high volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Product prices listed on our website exclude shipping charges.

Temperature & Arrival Our packaging is designed to keep products frozen for up to 48 hours in transit. Upon arrival, please refrigerate or refreeze your order immediately. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Damaged or Spoiled Orders If your order arrives spoiled or the packaging is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and photos. We will review and issue a refund where applicable per our Refund Policy.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
