Where We Deliver

WOWSHI serves three ways:

• Local delivery across Dallas-Fort Worth: $9 flat fee, free on orders of $60 or more (after discounts)
• Free pickup in Frisco: 16066 State Hwy 121, Frisco, TX 75035, usually ready within 24 hours
• UPS shipping to Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and New Mexico, with live UPS rates shown at checkout

Processing & Delivery Days

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. To keep food frozen, we send orders out Monday to Wednesday only. Orders placed Thursday to Sunday go out the following Monday. You'll get a confirmation by email or text when your order is on its way, and UPS orders include tracking.

Packaging

Every order is packed frozen in an insulated box with ice packs.

When Your Order Arrives

Put everything in the freezer right away. Do not refreeze anything that has already thawed. All products cook straight from frozen, no thawing needed.

If Something Goes Wrong

If your order arrives thawed, spoiled or damaged, email info@wowshi.com within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Please do not send food back; for food safety we cannot accept returns. We will refund or replace it under our Refund Policy.

Restrictions

We do not ship outside Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and New Mexico, or to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
